Adding Environmental Sustainability to Your Practice…and Your Life
Dr. Todd Sack speaks nationally and internationally on today’s topic of sustainability, health, and business. He is a leader in the Duval County Medical Society, Florida Medical Association, American Medical Association, and the World Medical Association. He chaired the Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board and the Board of We Care Jacksonville; he served on JEA’s Clean Power Advisory Group, and was twice appointed by Senator Marco Rubio to the Florida Energy Commission.
Todd serves on the Boards MOCA Jacksonville, the Timucuan Parks Foundation, and Physicians for Social Responsibility in Florida and Washington DC, who he is speaking for today.
He was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of California School of Medicine in San Francisco, has practiced gastroenterology here for 35 years, now as Medical Director for We Care at Borland-Groover Clinic, caring for the uninsured. He a graduate of Yale College and is married to Dr. Barbara Sharp. They have 3 sons.
